Shipping and Installation

The following are approximate shipping times for sea and air shipments:

• sea freight (our standard mode of shipping) requires five to seven weeks for delivery

• air freight requires one to two weeks for delivery

Creative Matters often handles installation. We have installers in most major cities in North America and sometimes send our local teams to take care of international projects. Should your client choose to use their own installers, we highly recommend we connect with them via video conference prior to the installation. We will provide and review the carpet design placement and seaming diagrams for added clarity and to ensure the best possible installation experience.
