Final Production

Each mill has their own production timeline as follows:

  • Thailand (handtufted) has the quickest turnaround time with the ability to produce rugs in eight weeks

  • Nepal and India (handknotted and flatwoven) have a longer production time averaging 14 to 16 weeks, depending on size

  • Afghanistan (handknotted) requires 20 to 24 weeks for their fine knot counts, depending on size and due to the current political situation

  • China and Poland (woven Axminster) require 12 to 14 weeks for production

  • U.S. and Denmark (dye-injected) require 10 to 12 weeks for production
