Construction Method and Fibre Selection

Creative Matters uses various mills in North America, Europe and Asia. We have mills located in Thailand, India, Nepal and Afghanistan for handmade floor coverings in the following production methods: handtufted, handknotted, flatwoven and more. We have mills located in China, Poland, Spain and the U.S. for machine made floor coverings in the following production methods: woven Axminster, HAX, dye-injected and machine-tufted.

We offer a range of natural fibres such as wool, linen, silk and jute. Other options include various nylons, and PET (made from recycled water bottles).

In this step we will recommend which production method will work best for your client’s needs based on design interpretation, performance, timing and budget.
