Meet Leah Phillips

DIRECTOR OF ART & WALL COVERING DIVISION

Leah joined Creative Matters in 2007, became Art Director in 2013 and assumed her current title in 2021. While she works across a wide variety of prestigious floor covering projects, since 2013 Leah has also led the development and vision of Creative Matters’ wall covering collections.

Approaching every project as a unique design journey - and having travelled to both Thailand and Denmark to oversee production of rugs - she has all the expertise to manage the process from start to finish. 

Leah is a graduate of the Surface Design Program at the New Brunswick College of Craft and Design. Prior to Creative Matters, she held a teaching position at Sheridan College, the alma mater of many of our designers.
