RETRO REINTERPRETED FOR W HOTEL

Carpet is a strong vehicle for creating a unique design expression in corridors, so we are always delighted by the opportunity to make them come alive. This year, all 14 floors of a W Hotel were invigorated with graphic arcs flowing along the hallways. Drawing inspiration from Gachot Studios' request for a slightly retro feel with a modern touch, we designed the dramatic-yet-soothing curves of aqua blues and sandy neutrals to break up that long corridor feeling all while addressing the hotel’s need for sophistication.
