Imagine the quiet pleasure of visitors to the world’s largest precious metals streaming company when they realize the lobby rug is itself a textural and visual exploration of a precious metals mine. Intensified by the lustre of silk yarn, raised veins of crystallized minerals in 13 shades of blue and brown traverse a careful gradation of light greys and muted golds representing the depth of the mine. Low loop technique creates additional swirling contours to further enhance the luxurious variations of texture.
